Here's a few recent projects.  The first is a 9 1/2" cable Damascus Bowie.  Second is an 11 1/4" Bowie forged from 80crv2 carbon steel from NJSB.  Finally, a 6 1/2" Bowie forged from W-2 tool steel with a Hammon.

80crv2 is sold by New Jersey Steel Baron.  It is a cutlery steel having .8% carbon as well as some chromium and vanadium that give it better performance than 1080.
