Well I believe that I joined this site within days of its inception but had forgotten all about it until recently.
I will have to stay a lot more in the loop.
From what I see so far it looks pretty promising

Howdy.  This format only works if we participate.  [wink]

Welcome Yesteryear forge,

I started the forum the end of Oct. 2013 so I could learn the art of blacksmithing and I have. In March 2014 my wife had a seizure and was diagnosed with brain tumor. I don't need to explain much other than life was upside down and the forum sat stagnate. Then a user who has quite a wealth of forging knowledge offered to help with the forum and I owe him very much in the way this has grown. For me it's turned into a therapy as well as a passion. Sometimes I'm not able to promote the forum like I would like because of family obligations. So for every user who does share the credit goes to them for the forums success. There are quite a few folks who get credit.

I'm glad you checked it out again. I hope you have time to share. If you have any questions or suggestions feel free to contact me. I'm here to help users forge new ideas. I could also mention I believe our countries youth needs a positive outlet and learn skills to be competitive in what ever this next economy becomes. That's just me. I have two bored teens at home as well.

Victor Plitt, AKA; Hank Rearden

Hope this isn't TMI
